SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We usually ship within 24 hours. Delivery is FREE for orders over €150 .
Here are our options for Metropolitan France:
- Mondial Relay (Collection Point): €4.90 (3 to 5 working days).
- Colissimo (Home delivery against signature): €7.90 (48 working hours).
- Chronopost Express (24h): €12.90 (Next day delivery for any order placed before 11am).
Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union (Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.).
Shipping is via Colissimo International (delivery against signature) at a single rate of €14.90 (Free from €150).
Note: We do not yet deliver to French overseas departments and territories or outside the European Union.
Absolutely. Because our jewelry is precious, we have banned simple paper envelopes.
Each order is prepared with care: the jewelry is placed in its case or pouch, then shipped in a rigid cardboard box to guarantee that it arrives in perfect condition, without risk of crushing.
GUARANTEE & QUALITY
Quality is our priority. All Opaline Paris jewelry comes with a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of purchase.
What it covers: Manufacturing defects, an abnormal plating problem, or a technical defect (clasp, crimping).
What it does not cover: Accidental breakage (broken chain), loss, theft, natural wear and tear over time, or oxidation caused by misuse (contact with chemicals).
Yes. Our jewelry is made from a solid S925 sterling silver base covered with a 3-micron 18k gold plating (or gold filled). It is resistant to fresh water and can be worn in the shower.
To preserve their shine forever, we still advise you to avoid salt water, chlorine from swimming pools and direct sprays of perfume.
No. All our jewelry is certified hypoallergenic . We do not use nickel, lead, or cadmium. Since the base is made of S925 sterling silver (a precious metal), you won't risk developing a green tint or skin irritation, unlike with brass or copper jewelry.
RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
You have a legal period of 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind.
The jewelry must be returned to us new, unworn, and in its complete original packaging . Return shipping costs are your responsibility (we recommend using a tracked shipping method).
No. For strict hygiene reasons and for the safety of all our customers, earrings and piercings cannot be returned or exchanged if the hygiene seal has been broken or if they have been tried on. Thank you for your understanding.
The procedure is simple: send us an email to hello@opaline.paris with your order number. We will validate your request and provide you with the return address of our workshop in France.
Important: Please ensure that the jewelry is returned in a sturdy package. Any jewelry returned in a simple envelope and arriving crushed will not be eligible for a refund.
