We prepare each order with the utmost care. Because our creations are precious, we've done away with simple envelopes. Your jewelry is placed in its case, then protected in sturdy shipping boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, without any risk of crushing.
1. Shipping within Metropolitan France
All orders placed before noon are generally shipped the same day or the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Here are our delivery options for France:

- Security: For your peace of mind, our home deliveries (Colissimo and Chronopost) are delivered against signature .
- Express: For next day delivery via Chronopost, the order must be placed before 11am from Monday to Friday.
2. Shipping to Europe (EU)
We also deliver within the European Union (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, etc.).
- Delivery method: Colissimo International (Delivery against signature).
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.
- Single price: €14.90 (Free delivery on orders over €150).
Note: No customs fees for countries of the European Union.
3. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Have you changed your mind? It happens!
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items to us.
Conditions of acceptance:
- The jewelry must be new, never worn and returned in its complete original packaging (box, pouch, cards).
- Any scratched, damaged or incomplete jewelry will not be accepted for return or refund.
-> EXCLUSIONS (Important):
For strict hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal has been opened or if they have been worn (except in the case of a proven defect upon unpacking).
Personalized items (engravings) are not refundable.
Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that you return your item with a tracking number. Opaline Paris cannot be held responsible if the return package is lost by the carrier.
4. How do I make a return?
The procedure is simple and quick:
- Send us an email to hello@opaline.paris indicating your order number and the items concerned.
- We will validate your request and provide you with the return address of our workshop in France.
- Pack the jewelry carefully. Please use a rigid cardboard box (ideally the original one) and securely fasten the jewelry box. Never return jewelry in a simple paper envelope; it risks being crushed by the postal sorting machines.
- Drop off your parcel at the Post Office or at a Relay Point depending on the carrier chosen.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked by our team:
- If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days .
- The refund will be automatically made to the payment method used when ordering (Credit Card, Paypal, etc.).
6. A problem with your order?
Despite our triple quality controls, an error is possible.
If you have received a defective item or if there is a preparation error, contact us immediately at hello@opaline.paris with a photo.
In this specific case, the return and reshipping costs will be fully covered by Opaline Paris (we will send you a prepaid label).
